Start a new game and test to see if the game is working okay. If you can start the game, a new sims 4 folder will be generated. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. If you still have issues after that, try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair. Remove any cc/mods that you have in your game and see if that helps. Try uninstalling and reinstalling origin again. Turn off origin in game and see if that helps. Start the computer again, then try launching the game and see if that helps. Have you played the game once or have you been unable to play at al? Or origin saying I am not online or have no internet connection which I have both. I just want to play my game but nothing is working.
